To help us to achieve our mission we have a small number of staff and volunteers working in the areas of Development & Casework, Outreach, Resettlement, Childcare, Volunteer Co-ordination, Finance and Administration. The refuge is run by a board of trustees supported by a manager.

Ealing Women’s Aid is a housing project funded by Supporting People revenue, ALG, and the Bridge House Trust.   Our projects also receive funding from the Community Fund, BBC Children in Need, London Borough of Ealing, and charitable grants and donations.  Our landlord is Ealing Family Housing Association.
